5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made after materials have been purchased or labor has been scheduled.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Property Access

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
  • Remove obstacles (vehicles, pet waste, personal property, etc.) from work areas
  • Secure pets during service visits

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked irrigation lines, hidden utilities, or underground items not disclosed prior to work.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Arizona law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not responsible for plant failure due to weather, improper irrigation, soil conditions, pests, or acts of nature unless explicitly covered by a written warranty.

8. Warranties

Any warranties for plant material, irrigation systems, or installed features will be stated in writing in your service agreement.

Warranty coverage may be void if:

  • Proper watering and maintenance instructions are not followed
  • Alterations are made by others
  • Damage occurs due to extreme weather or neglect

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission
